Research Partners of Healthy Communities Coalition
Catalyzing Research Collaboration for Community Impact
At Healthy Communities Coalition, we recognize the pivotal role of research in driving meaningful change and fostering community resilience. Our Bridging the Gap initiative serves as a conduit for strengthening partnerships between researchers and community stakeholders, facilitating the integration of evidence-based practices into community-led interventions. Through intentional collaboration, we aim to enhance partners' capacity to engage in participatory research initiatives, ensuring equitable representation and meaningful engagement across diverse communities.
Empowering Through Knowledge Sharing
Our Bridging the Gap initiative serves as a catalyst for meaningful dialogue and resource-sharing among stakeholders, aiming to deepen impact and foster sustainable revenue streams. Through this program, we leverage the collective expertise of community partners, researchers, and faith-based organizations to implement evidence-based interventions that address SDoH. Additionally, our Project E-RACE survey seeks to capture vital insights from community partners, informing the development of targeted training sessions and information dissemination efforts. By participating in the survey, stakeholders contribute to a robust data ecosystem that supports program evaluation, best practice establishment, and revenue generation strategies.
We invite passionate researchers, community partners, and stakeholders to join our Research Advisory Council (RAC) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of research dissemination and collaboration. As a RAC member, you'll have the opportunity to inform the development of monthly presentations, oversee our Lunch and Learn Dissemination series, and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion within our research community. All interested individuals are encouraged to apply and become catalysts for research-driven impact and transformation.
Our monthly Community Conversation Series aims to foster trust and collaboration between community- and faith-based organizations and researchers. Join us as we explore topics such as research incorporation in program design, evaluation, data collection, use and analysis, and community-driven research. Don't miss out on this opportunity to engage with experts and fellow community members. Reserve your spot today!
